WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Cleaning & sanitizing kitchens (Exterior appliances, interior of the microwave, counters, interior windows, chairs, table tops etc…)
• Cleaning & sanitizing bathrooms (Sinks, toilets/ urinals, showers, mirrors, floors, dusting etc…)
• Dusting (chairs, light fixtures, artwork, furnitures, etc…)
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Hand and dirt scuffs on walls and doorways
• Some light furniture moving
• Emptying garbage, replenishing soap dispensers, and replacing toilet paper/paper towel rolls (*commercial cleaning)
• Sanitizing office furniture & equipment (*commercial cleaning)
• Floor buffing and waxing (*commercial cleaning)

We are hiring for Full & Part Time:

• Weekdays

The Dream Clean™ requires an experienced Inside Sales to support our sales and Marketing team. This role requires you to make calls, email, and contact businesses in a consistent, strategic daily approach to ask businesses whether they have a cleaning service in place. This will also require some research time spent targeting a specific lead list of target markets.

OPPORTUNITIES

This is a very exciting time for the TEAM as we continue to revitalize The Dream Clean™ brand and expand our growth! This position focuses on generating new leads and following up with prior leads and set up meet and greet opportunities for the Leadership Team to quote and pursue.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Daily call/email volume to generate quoting opportunities through meet and greets with the client
• Identify and solicit potential direct clients via phone and email
• Research events or areas online that can be used to generate contact lead lists
• Provide clients with relevant service information with the intention of booking a meet and greet in order for The Dream Clean™ to quote
• Achieve set targets and other performance indicators consistently
• Cold call, cold email and assertively follow up on leads and referrals
• Provide daily report as well as regular meetings with the Leadership Team

SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing Team! You will be playing a vital role in supporting the first line of communications with our current & potential new customers. You’ll be engaging with our community on social media; strategizing, executing, managing, and measuring all aspects of The Dream Clean™’s social media content. You will also track trending topics, report on trends, coordinate social media workflow from content creation, approval, posting and reporting, develop and send emails through content creation, list management and templates, and develop web content to promote The Dream Clean™ services and elevate The Dream Clean™ brand.

THINGS YOU WILL DO…

• Create and publish content across all social media platforms and ensure content is in alignment with product launches and campaigns
• Develop and manage content calendars with a strategic lens in relation to our target demographic and platform specific strategies
• Coordinate both in-house content creation and edit/re-purpose any influencer/campaign assets in order to develop creative content for all digital channels
• Monitor and write responses on any public comments and flag any issues
• Facilitate community management across all social media channels and ensure engagement interactions on content and within relevant conversations
• Work with Management Team to co-ordinate any responses needed to customers
• Collate a monthly report of enquiries/complaints/questions and call out insights/trends
• Monitor and track reviews
• Work in a social media monitoring tool as needed to schedule posts and gather insights and analytics
• Website updates including web alert banners and individual pages on WordPress
• Create new pages on our website as needed
• Add graphics to our website & designs
• Gather analytics from social and website pages as requested

Pay: $22/hr – $28/hr to start depending on experience
